Exciting new changes

We are always looking at ways to improve our client service and recently created two new positions in our business which we believe will be of significant benefit to our clients.

The new roles are:

Claims Manager – oversee all claims and ensure that larger or complicated claims have the expert attention our clients need.

Home and Motor Account Executive – a specialist home & motor insurance broker.

Sharon Davidge, has been promoted into the new Claims Manager role and brings immense experience in claims handling. We are extremely fortunate to have someone with Sharon’s level of experience and have already seen a significant claim of several hundred thousand dollars accepted by an insurer who had been trying to decline the claim completely.

We are already known for our excellent claims service but we expect this new role to take our claims service to a new level. Sharon has had many years of experience working in insurance company claims teams but significantly has also managed claims teams. Sharon knows how to best navigate the sometimes daunting process thrown up by insurance  companies and achieve the best result for our clients.

Home and Motor – Account Executive. Following the royal commission it has become clear that insurance companies and banks often do not have their client’s best interest heart. More and more people are seeking the guidance of an insurance adviser that can provide not only a competitive price but a high level of cover to protect your personal assets.

Chloe Watts, has been promoted to Account Executive Home and Motor. Chloe is having great success with her caring attitude and skill at finding solutions to match our client’s needs. We have a range of products that are available with level of cover offered by very few of the direct market offerings. Prices are extremely competitive which is backed by the rapid growth in this area.

Give Chloe a call or email and see what she can do for you when your next home or motor renewal comes due.
