We welcomed Paul Schutz into the Bruce family at the start of this year, to lead the Broking team in the role of Broking Manager. Paul Schutz originates from the Upper Great Southern region in Western Australia and is a father of 3 young children. With his family roots in both mining and agriculture.

In joining our team he brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous Portfolio management and Broking experience. This will continue to build on the foundations that Bruce Insurance prides itself on. Previously managing an Insurance Broking Branch for over 10 years, Paul’s experience is broad across many industries, including specialist solutions for Industry Schemes covering national clients.

With over 15 years of portfolio experience, he understands that relationship is key, in being a trusted partner for his clients during their time of need. As a business develops or an industry changes, understanding the challenges that arise. Having the passion of problem solving, to ensure solutions help our client’s succeed and grow. Ensuring through the support of the Bruce Team our client’s Insurance management is done right.

In his down time, Paul enjoys an active lifestyle with his family and passionately supporting the Fremantle Dockers.
