It seems there is a never ending array of legislation that business owners are meant to be aware of and comply. A recent newspaper article caught my attention where the owner of a popular beachside café in Perth is been sued by the local council basically due to being too popular. The  potential fine is up to $1 million. It just shows that you don’t have to be a bad business operator to be subjected to legal action.
